We are happy to announce that Van Iperen BV will take over the fertilizer and crop protection activities from Horticoop BV on November 1st.
Horticoop BV is a cooperative and one of the biggest horticultural suppliers in the Netherlands for more than 100 years, especially in greenhouse supply. Horticoop BV shifted their focus more on development and greenhouse technology and therefore decided to sell their wholesale activities in fertilizers and crop protection. They searched for a reputable party that can optimally continue to serve their customers and found a suitable candidate in Van Iperen.

With the distribution center in Westland and the collection depot in the north of the country, we obtain our own locations in two important horticultural regions to better serve our customers.”
Concerning international markets, export from The Netherlands is part of the deal. The offices abroad that act under the Horticoop flag are not included.
