We've compiled a packing list and tips to ensure you're fully prepared for our seminar. Here's everything you need to know to pack smart and stay comfortable throughout the event.
What to Pack Checklist:
- Luggage: Master the art of packing! Your flight includes one piece of hand luggage, with a maximum weight of 10 kg, unless stated otherwise in your booking confirmation. For size limits, be sure to check the airline's website.
- Clothing: Pack a mix of casual and business attire suitable for meetings, workshops, and evening activities. Don't forget your Van Iperen jacket, swimwear, and towel for leisure time at the beach or pool.
- Footwear: Comfortable shoes for walking and more formal options for meetings and dinners.
- Weather-Appropriate Gear: Check the weather forecast before you pack to ensure you bring suitable clothing. Layers are always a good idea, and the Van Iperen jacket is a great asset!
- Personal Essentials: Toiletries, medications, and any personal items you might need.
- Insect repellent: Bring insect repellent to protect yourself from bugs during outdoor activities.
- Tech Gear: Laptops, chargers, and other devices you need for seminars and networking.
