Operations secretary (Dutch Speaker) – Full-time position (Onsite)

You’ll be part of the Operations department at our headquarters in Westmaas. This dynamic team works closely together, and you’ll play a key supporting role for the Director of Operations as well as other departments within Operations.

As an Operations Secretary, you’ll ensure proper documentation handling and coordinate sample deliveries for our clients. Here’s a snapshot of your responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Managing calendars and taking minutes during meetings
  • Keeping our ERP system database up to date
  • Requesting quotes from suppliers
  • Preparing Certificates of Origin
  • Drafting insurance policies
  • Printing and stamping documentation
  • Maintaining and verifying supplier declarations
  • Monitoring the sample stock
  • Acting as the main point of contact for samples and documentation
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Preparing EUR1 certificates
  • Legalizing documents
  • Coordinating product analyses with internal and external labs
