Sales Manager - Region North West Europe (Full-time)
As a starter Sales Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our commercial growth in North West Europe by managing a diverse customer base across selected countries. Working closely with the International Sales Manager, you will take on key sales and administrative tasks, gaining hands-on experience in international agribusiness while building strong client relationships.
Location: Hybrid (office Westmaas, home office, traveling to clients)
What will you do?
You will maintain strong communication with distribution customers, ensuring smooth operations and long-term relationships. You will manage and update monthly price lists, process customer orders with precision, and support the Sales Manager in key tasks such as following up on invoices, coordinating credit checks, and calculating logistics costs.
Your role will also include occasional support for other regions, contributing to smooth business operations across different markets. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop commercial, operational, and relationship-building skills in an international setting.
What do you bring?
We are looking for someone eager to grow in international sales, with a degree (HBO, WO, Bachelor) in Agriculture and a strong interest in commercial operations, customer management, and agribusiness. You are forward-thinking, open-minded, and outgoing, thriving in a fast-paced, commercial environment. Adaptable and organized, you balance both administrative and commercial tasks with ease. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset are essential, as you will work closely with distributors and international clients. You can work independently while also being a team player. Fluency in English is required; Dutch or other languages are a plus.
