Junior Sales Manager (Region North West Europe) – Full-time position (Hybrid)
As a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Sales Manager, you will drive our commercial growth in North West Europe by managing a diverse customer base in selected countries. Working closely with the International Sales Manager, you will take on key administrative sales tasks, gaining valuable experience and building strong client relationships.
Location can be in one of our global offices or working from your home country.
Your Responsibilities:
- Customer Management: Oversee day-to-day account operations, ensuring smooth processes and timely follow-ups.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are addressed efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Handle account-related documentation and follow-up tasks.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to provide effective solutions and support.
- Regional Assistance: Offer support to other regions when necessary to maintain seamless operations.
Your profile:
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Forward-thinking, open-minded, and outgoing spirit.
- Quick adaptability in a commercial and administrative support role.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch or other languages is a plus.
